I was really frustrated with the cleanliness. The shower had hair that definitely wasn't mine, and the shower head had barely any pressure. Also, there was a $50 hold on my card that I had no prior knowledge about, which made things even worse. It’s just disappointing when the basic expectations of cleanliness aren’t met, especially in a hotel setting.
